He was very knowledgeable about the status of our schools, the reasons for why we are where we are, and had some really great ideas for how to turn things around. He also understands that we must prioritize bringing businesses back in MOCO and what needs to be done to encourage job growth. I truly believe that he would be a valuable council member and a great representative for upcounty residents. Since you're an insider, I'm curious what Rice has brought to the table (honestly, I don't know much about him) and what he will do to help Montgomery County, especially upcounty.
