I had a set of Mabel’s that wasn’t cut all the way through and couldn’t be removed from the backing without mangling them. They sent me a new set (unfortunately after DD had already left for camp), but the replacement set wasn’t much better, frankly. And they were much flimsier than the Name Bubbles we’d always bought. DD was getting older and liked the style options for the NBs better, so we thought we’d try them. Big mistake!

But I still have Name Bubbles labels on some Rubbermaid containers from at least 6 or 7 years ago. They’ve faded a bit after being run through the dishwasher so many times, but they’re still legible, and they haven’t budged. The clothing ones do stick best on tags, but even on tagless stuff they generally stayed on until it was time for Goodwill or hand me downs.[/quote]
