My legs are the same length. I don't notice issues with pant legs (although theoretically i could, given the higher hip, since my leg on that side isn't longer to make up the difference). I do sometimes notice it in the waist of pants--sometimes my off-kilter hips pull the zipper is off-center. My brother does have one leg longer than the other and, like PP, wears a lift in one shoe.[/quote]
