Those schools are wealthy, overcrowded and development is growing. Kennedy and Springbrook are projected to have capacity. The Bethesda schools don't provide any racial diversity or under represented students. Kennedy is the perfect example of a poor school. Placing the DCC magnet in the poorest school would bring opportunities to those students. Blair is projected to be 600-700 students over capacity and its already too big. It can't get bigger something has to give way. [/quote]
