Between 11 and 11:30.
This is me. And I'm up by 5:15 every morning. But I have never needed a lot of sleep. Is there anything that you can readjust in your schedule so that you're getting ready for bed at 7:30 or 8:00? Then even if you're only in bed by 8:30-9, you will at least have 8-9 hours of sleep. Presumably if you're getting to work earlier, then you're also leaving for home earlier. That should give you the same amount of time at home (if not more because hopefully traffic would be better) as you had before the change. If you can get done whatever it is that is keeping you up then maybe you'll feel better about going to sleep earlier. If you don't have them, try room darkening shades and Melatonin. I also will share a quirky tip from a friend that he swears works -- he takes 1 Extra-Strength Tylenol (so a half-dose) a half-hour before bedtime and he swears that his body reads this as a signal to go to bed. Whatever works!
