What am I missing?[/quote] One issue may be alignment. I believe all of current Drew is zoned to Gunston, and the planning units you're listing are mostly Jefferson with some Gunston. I don't know what the threshold is where they say there's an alignment issue, but that would be less than 1/3 of Drew going to Jefferson while everyone else goes to Gunston.[/quote]
