I feel like the leadership (owner/Director is very engaged and accessible) has been really intentional about building a community and culture of high expectations with staff members and it shows. They’re relatively new (even the existing location) compared with other options so sometimes policies and things are still being clarified, worked out, or adjusted ... this might be the only occasional gripe but we find changes are usually driven by genuine effort to improve and/or in direct response to feedback.
