[/quote] That's a problem right there. If my husband was accused of sexual harassment, I would expect him to tell me about it, and keep me apprised of the process. And I agree with someone who said that an employer can't dismiss a lawsuit. Perhaps someone accused your spouse, and the employer investigated it and found the accusation not credible, or found that it didn't rise to the level of actionable harassment. And no, it's not crazy to wonder. [/quote]
