That all sounded logical in his office but now we are wondering what constitutes “severe” side effects. I’m not comfortable with how little sleep ds is getting and that can only hurt his focus. I also suspect that if there is to be a positive effect from the medicine, we would see it immediately since the medicine does not need to accumulate in the system to be effective.

I would appreciate any thoughts/advice on whether to stop the medicine or give it at least a week or two. Thank you! [/quote]
