Sure.  Blame the US for all the problems in the world. 
No, pp, the US did not destroy Mexico.  Their corrupt government and law enforcement destroyed Mexico.  If our appetite for illegal drugs is so damned strong, why don’t WE have the issues that Mexico has throughout the US?
