First, the PP said that there are no plans for additional schools. That is incorrect. There is a plan to reopen Woodward.

Second, no, the plan to reopen Woodward is because of [i]projected [/i] overenrollment - specifically, enrollment vs. capacity in the 2023-24 school year.
