More powerful are the findings showing early and regular introduction of PB to infants greatly reduces the risk of peanut allergies. I ate PB daily with all three kids, and one is still allergic to them. I mean, eat PB, sure, but if you really want to prevent peanut allergies, start your baby off around 6 months and give peanut products (like Bamba) daily.[/quote]
