We are thinking South Lake Tahoe, maybe even considering Nevada side but not sure we want the whole gambling scene -- we mostly want a quiet family and kid friendly getaway that maybe will be passed down for generations.

Price is a bit of an unknown, probably up to $500k, looking for a SFH with four season livability.[/quote]
