[quote=Anonymous]And it's making it hard for me to enjoy myself. Hes 19 and there's no other way to put it, he's a glutton. Very overweight and hyper fixated on food to the extent it makes me lose my appetite to have to eat a table with him. (He literally smacked his hands together and rubbed them with glee at a pizza restaurant the other day.) He has eaten all the cookies we bought all by himself. This doesn't even stop at food- Yesterday we went down to the beach and I opened a brand new bottle of sunscreen- sprayed myself and the two younger kids, handed it to him, and he EMPTIED it. I still don't know how that's possible. If we go out to eat, he orders absolutely the most expensive thing on the menu (the market catch of the day which often doesn't even have a set price and is $35+). All he does is perseverate on when he will eat next, how much he will get, will there be food where we are going. The theee boys are going golfing today and I can't imagine how he's going to go 4 hours without eating. He sits on the couch and doesn't offer to do anything like take out trash, carry a cooler down, do the dishes. He's a freeloader who is consuming like 4x the amount of resources and foods members of my own family are. He bitched yesterday about "having to eat cereal for breakfast" but of course won't walk himself anywhere to buy food with his own money if ours isn't up to his standards. God it is frustrating.
