I find that I have to use CapOne ATMs or get charged by both the bank I'm using and CapOne. They refunded fees once because the ATM I used messed up and charged me multiple times for the same transaction, but they still left the fee for one transaction. That said, there are enough CapOne ATMs around (and in metros, which is handy) that I've never really had a problem. Just have to make sure to get cash out before I travel anywhere (and there are ATMs at the airports). I have checking, savings, and MM with them. [/quote]
