Move Go private
This is a troll response. Send your kids to Lee. If you have faith in your parenting and your kids, they will do well. If not, I don't know what to tell you. FCPS provides solid resources for all of its schools.
We are in an adjacent, higher ranked pyramid. I met a woman whose son it at Lee. They are one of the backgrounds known for really putting education at a priority. It sounds like her son, a high achieving student, has lots of opportunities at Lee, and is able to do a big variety of activities, leadership and sports in a way that might be more difficult at a higher achieving school. It might be that since there is a much smaller cohort of high achieving students at Lee than a typical fcps high school, these kids get more attention and more opportunities in sports, academics and leadership than kids at stronger schools. I would talk to your neighbors OP since it appears you own your house in zone and are not asking about moving to a stronger pyramid.
