I'm totally going to start in on these. Changing diet, calling the doc, deep conditioning treatments. I already don't wash my hair more than 3x a week and use fancy (and EXPENSIVE, wow) shampoo and conditioner without sulfates and other junk. I use Argan oil and Bumble and Bumble after. Question for the keratin people: Is there a specific kind I should ask for? Do I need to go to my high end salon or can anyone do it? I'm pretty clueless about treatments. Can I just look for any place that does keratin?[/quote]
