I have heard multiple reports from teachers, other administrators and parents that the principal at Payne is fabulous. The PS classroom is supposed to be large and very nice. I just don't know whether Ludlow is enough better than Payne to warrant the drive. I don't care about test scores at all - I did before my older child started school.
