Kids coming out of MLK are steered torwards science/tech at ER, however those who don't get in may end up with the IB program at Laurel. The alternative is stay at Laurel for a year try again the next year or go to High Point. I've also known some kids who got in science/tech, but opted for the IB program at Laurel instead. [/quote]
