William & Kate live in a 20-room apartment in Kensington Palace
Harry & Meghan will be living in a 21-room apartment in Kensington Palace next door to them - right now they're staying in a 2-bedroom cottage on the grounds called Nottingham
Prince Michael and Princess Michael of Kent live there as well.

The Duke & Duchess of Glouchester moved out to let Harry & Meghan have the apartment below and its being renovated. Those are the most important royals.

Prince Charles lives 2 miles away with Camilla in Clarence House which is attached to St. James Palace. William and Harry used to live with him there until 2011 and 2012 respectively.

The Queen of England lives in Buckingham Palace which shares grounds with St. James Palace.
