I would think if a parent could afford that, the child would be in a private school, and these kind of problems (being unjustly accused) would be fewer and farther between. [This is not to say there are not problems in private school, I happen to know there are, but the school would think twice about unjustly accusing a student.]. Beware, parents in need.
