I really like navy blue, but am having a hard time picturing it on your house as you describe. It seems very dark. But the white option sounds unobjectionable/classic, but also boring. What about flipping your colors for option B and painting the house yellow with navy accents? A light yellow might "go" more with the other homes on the block?
I was this PP. I did a google image search to try to visualize it better. I realized I like houses with a lot of white trim and a brighter navy more than dark/dusky navy or less trim. So, I do like: and this: But not so much: But, TBH, I'm not sure what paint color (only) would improve #3 and think the renovations you are talking about might put the look of your house more like #1 or 2. So in the end, I say go for it if you want.
