16:12 here.  Did your pediatrician say why he won't write it?  I've actually got 2 kids who wear orthotics.  My pediatrician has no problem writing a prescription for them.  You can see when they walk that they supinate. [/quote]

They didn’t say why.  They just refused to do so.  DD’s issues are very obvious as she walks on her ankles (has no arch and severly pronates)with her feet pointing outward.[/quote]

Unless you are loving your pediatrician otherwise, I'd consider changing.  I can't tell you how often I've called our pediatrician with a request for something like this and he's been very responsive.  It's not like this is a controlled substance or something that could be abused.  [/quote]
