[/quote] Will Jawando filed a civil right complaint against the county regarding the MCPS language immersion program, basically arguing that they weren't doing enough outreach to minority communities. But the kicker to me is that he claims he had no awareness about the immersion program until someone happened to mention it to him. Really, you're that ignorant about something that any half involved parent should know about or could have discovered with a minimum of research about the public school system, and yet you want to be on County Council? I know nothing else about Will Jawando, but this right here is reason enough for me not to vote for him.[/quote]
