OP, is your new place a sfh or an apartment? Asking to determine if you have wood or metal studs. You can totally hire someone, but you should also know that you can definitely do this yourself. Assuming SFH with wood studs, get thee to a hardware store. Buy toggle bolts and wood screws and if you don’t have one, a corded drill and a box of drill bits. Bring the tv mounting thing and if the first sales person doesn’t seem knowledgeable, try someone or somewhere else. Worst case scenario is that you put some extra holes in the wall and ffs it is only a wall and you are dealing with a lot so that seems pretty damn reasonable. [/quote]
