I have noticed they say they listen to feedback, but they definitely don't seem to listen to any feedback from the people I know that have recently tried to give them feedback. I am so sad, I really love the workout, but I can't justify paying the new prices. I know it is a business and they need to make money, but I'm not sure this is going to have the intended effect. I hope you are able to give them the feedback and that they listen. I think they are going to lose a lot of loyal clients over this.[/quote]
