The dates for training and number of days of required training came out *yesterday*. People scrambled to figure out what dates would work for their schedules that have already been set. People worked with their teammates to figure out dates that worked for the team so they could attend training together. Now,*SHOCKER*, the infrastructure isn't there to support people actually signing up for the training.

Issues like these have been happening way too often. Whether it's Outlook not working properly for MONTHS, the network being down frequently, the gradebook not working at the end of the quarter, or not being able to sign up for training at the time that MCPS set--how is OK that they are failing at their jobs without consequence but still expecting us to be successful at our jobs?
