I did keto last year and lost 10-15 pounds that I managed to keep off for a while until I derailed after New Year's due to some personal reasons. I've since introduced a regular/medium amount of carbs every day. The one thing keto taught me was being able to tell the difference between actually being hungry versus just bored and eating out of habit. [/quote]
