[/quote] +1 The parents feel inadequate, and are living vicariously through their children. What a sad existence. I know students who were accepted, but refused to attend, because of the prevailing parental sentiment. It is for the parents, not the children. If you want your children to support you in old age, just say so - but pushing them through these hoops for your own benefit is awful.[/quote]
