OP - was actually just looking in Miami for 2-3 nights and hotels that are totally sold out this week and booking in the $380-450 range this and week are booking in the $250-300 range in mid-late April. And we're talking Hiltons etc. not super fancy hotels. Florida REALLY does sell out and/or have super high prices during peak vacation seasons, so PP's hotel metric is pretty accurate.[/quote]
