Close Marks

Hi, OP here. Thanks for all the feedback. I know its basically a moot point since lottery entries are closed, but we were definitely debating the order of the first 3, and they all seemed so unlikely that we just kind of ended up with that ranking. Not the best strategy, I know! As for Sela, we did visit there, but it was hard to gauge whether it was worth giving up the advantages of a neighborhood school (walking to drop off and pick up seem worth a lot!). How did others make this decision of comparing charters that don't really offer a path to a solid middle or high school, versus their in bound school that also seems ok, particularly for early years?
For whatever it's worth, Sela officials said they were in talks with DCI. Not sure if that will pan out or not, but it's definitely something they are working on.
I bet you dci will open another campus just to deal with the overflow from stokes 2 and Mundo 2. Adding sela will definitely add to this. I suspect lamb will have to open a second campus to pay for their lawsuits.
