I was 200 when I started losing weight. People started noticing at around 170. Keep doing what you're doing. You didn't gain the weight over night and it takes a while to lose it too.
first of all, congratulations - and that goes to everyone here who is also losing (or has lost) weight. so what are you doing? I started getting back in shape at the end of Oct. 2017 - started at 204 and am down to 193. I am doing a mix or HIIT cardio and weights. So while I haven't "lost" as much weight as I had hoped, I do know that I've added muscle. My clothes definitely fit differently and I've lost an inch off my waist, but I'm not sure it's truly noticeable. I'm 5'11" and my goal is to get to 175-180 lbs (and 34 or smaller inch waist) and I'm having a really tough time breaking the 190 lbs barrier.
