PP, you are discussing two different types of transfer. A program transfer into MVCS is based on (1) eligibility for the receiving program (which, at MV, is dual-language only), and (2) available spaces. See policy JCE-R. An "admin" transfer into Maury is exclusively for health & safety, victim of crime, or school board employee reasons, or for reasons of sibling placement. There -ARE- no other "admin" transfers.
