What they are not doing any more is letting people transfer out of JH who have no legitimate reason to need to be near or in another school. My son is a third grader at Maury and at least 15-20 percent of his class is admin transfers from JH, but they are not letting people do that now - if you look at the classes below his, there is nowhere near that percent of admin transfers.
