[/quote] My husband is the contact person for his lab when certain freezers get to unacceptable temps. His cell will ring at all hours notifying him of a malfunction with the freezer. I would like to assume that these freezers had such alarm and they also had a contact person. Did the alarm malfunction as well? If that's the case then I suppose there is nothing anyone could have done. Sad, but sometimes shit happens. Now if someone dropped the ball, that's a completely different story.[/quote]
