Is there something special about Castaway Cay that I'm missing?[/quote] Not the OP but I think what's nice about Castaway Cay is that it's not only a private beach, it's an entire private island. totally self-contained and the only people there are the people from the one cruise ship that is visiting that day. It's really lovely but it's such an escape that I'm not sure a resort that's surrounded by other resorts and people can have the same feel. (disclaimer: I have not been to any "land-based" all-inclusives except Club Med in Florida and while it's nice... it's just not as magical as Castaway Cay. [/quote]
