Landice
$3500+ ?? I work for a school system. Don't make that kind of money. :D
Don't knock it until you try it. We have had ours since 2000. Our came with a lifetime guarantee on parts. Don't go cheap - you will be disappointed.
We bought a Landice this past October and I've used it every day since then. I love it and it is a great treadmill. But, as other posters have mentioned, if you don't have the money, you don't have the money. My parents have a Sole F85 which I used over Christmas vacation. It really can't compare to the Landice, but it is perfectly good for walking and light running. The big difference between it and our Landice is the quickness with which speed and incline changes take place. On the Landice, they are fast and on the Sole, they are slow. I think it would be impossible to do intervals with speed changes on the Sole. But, if you just want to set it to a speed and run at that speed, it's fine. I did several 3.1 mile runs on it with no problem.
