DH works a very early shift so has to get up really early, even on weekend most of the time. I run 6 days a week, after work during the week. DH also goes to the gym about the same time. We’re both tired and don’t feel like getting dressed up to go out by then. Weekends we prefer a quick and easy outing to get pizza or something but becaisenof his work have to be home by 9 to get to bed. In the summer we do like having friends over to grill out and hang out in the yard but never very late. Fitness and sleep are priorities for us!
