Are you for real, this fake data was used to get grants, federal dollars, fire teachers, hire teachers, promote the Ed Reform agenda!  But even worse harm students, who when they get to college find out that they are actually REMEDIAL learners, that there college loan/scholarship doesn't cover the remedial classes and they dropout or go in debt.
