I have these in the magenta. I just wore them today. Worked out for over 90 minutes. Did two workouts from Beachbodys 80 Day Obsession, one of which was cardio and consisted of 99% jumping. I was sweating a lot. And no sign of anything on my pants. I just have never had that issue. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B074PWLL35/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1517098284&sr=8-3&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=90%2Bdegree%2Bleggings&dpPl=1&dpID=41IBD-w6h2L&ref=plSrch&th=1&psc=1
I’ve heard good things about this brand (compared to Lulu). They sometimes have them at TJ Maxx as well.
I'm the PP who posted these leggings. I like them - they're great for the cost and a nice thickness, relatively soft. But they don't compare to my Lulu's. The Lululemon Wunder Under have that magical slimming compression effect... the 99 Degree pair does not. And the Lululemon leggings are much, much softer. The 99 Degree also have a bit of that shiny look that cheaper leggings tend to get. There's nothing wrong with the 99 Degree, especially for the cost, but they are not the same.
