People aren't fat or unhealthy because they eat too many healthily prepared fruits and veggies and yes, this includes starchy veggies and bananas. The way I decide how healthy a food is it how much of it i can eat. Pretty hard to binge on a baked potato or bananas. Not potatoes in the form of French fries are another story. [/quote]
