Granted teachers are busy as hell and have tons of paperwork to do, the last thing they need is more administrative red tape eating away at their teaching time. There HAS to be a way to keep parents and students better informed and kept abreast of the students progress, or lack thereof.[/quote] Don't parents and students have the same questions whether they get the grades early or later? I'd think the teacher would get more if they released grades late because then parents would be complaining not only about a grade but about how they weren't notified in time.[/quote]
