uP here, to answer your questions, she is a pure bread English lab. Another thing we notice is she seems to suffer from Winter allergies every year and she keeps licking the front of her legs. I read that it could be nausea but she still has a very strong apletite. We have had stink bugs in the past but have not seen any lately. She does sometime eat vegetation in our yard and we have almost two acres, so it could be anything. Her energy level seems normal a!so.
Argh - frustrating, I know. We have to pure bread English labs as well ... those boxy heads are WONDERFUL. But the older of the two also suffers from allergies; he just went through a few days with "the cone" in an attempt to abate the leg licking/chewing. We eliminated corn from his diet and it has helped but for some reason, he's been having some issues for the first time in months. And I know what you mean about the large yard ... it only takes seconds for them to come into contact with something and by the time we investigate, we aren't always able to identify the culprit. How about carrion? Is she visiting a well-hidden carcass of some kind? We can often tell when The Boys have found a deer or something because they act a bit strange and often drool when they come in from their secret meat stash ...
