I’m feeling pretty motivated with exercise and have done well at the gym in the past few weeks. But I have two small kinds and think I could pick things up a bit if I had something to while the kids play in the basement and I can’t leave the house. I’d like a treadmill but don’t think it’ll fit down the stairs to our basement. Any ideas for other useful equipment that’s not as big and expensive as a treadmill? Stationary bike, rowing machine or just free weights and YouTube? Other ideas?
I bought a rowing machine for DH - it is a great full body workout. The one I purchased has wheels on it so you can roll it away and stand it up in the corner, and it's very stable so it won't fall over. This is the one I purchased: https://www.waterrower.com/us/shop/classic-rowing-machine.html?tf_source=google&tf_medium=ppc&tf_term=&tf_content=11681245944&tf_campaign=162810624&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI3_jJtI7G2AIVlKDsCh05SQ8YEAQYByABEgLFifD_BwE Here's a pic of what it looks like when stored away in the corner, on-end.
