No one calls Kate Middleton a classic beauty, at least no one with eyes. I think of timeless faces like Ava Gardner or Grace Kelly. Today I would say Angelina Jolie. Assuming of course that most people who use this term think exclusively of white women as classic beauties. I would put Iman or Rita Hayworth in this category as well and among modern women, Aishwarya Rai.
i agree with most of this list, however angelina jolie's mouth disqualifies her from the 'classis beauty' category. her lips, while attractive to many, are not timelessly attractive like those of grace kelly for example. classical beauties have highly proportional faces and angelina's lips are too big. but she would otherwise fit the bill. classic beauties are women who are widely considered very beautiful today but also would have been considered very beautiful at any age. grace kelly is perhaps the best example. iman is also a very good example. kate middleton is not a classic beauty because she is not sufficiently beautiful by today's standards or any really standards. only on occasional middle aged mom at DCUM sees kate as very beautiful.
