[/quote] You absolutely have a choice / final day (well, the patient does) but in a practical sense the real decision maker is which rehab has an open bed, and do they accept i Durante (or do they have a Medicare bed open - if you are short stay Medicare they likely will). Then you’ll take into account the case worker/ social workers / discharge planners recommendations and those of your doctors. What’s left (if more than one) you will choose from. [/quote]
