Nope.  You are paying them shit wages, so you are not likely to get great workers.  Sometimes you might luck out, but the odds are not in your favor.  The people with better skills are not going to work for that.  You need to go to the temp agency and ask for more qualified people, and be willing to pay a little more.  [/quote]
