From what I can tell, they're pretty easy to set up and the restaurants like the free advertising. Our family especially liked it during Fall sports season, because my kids' practice times were later and it was convenient to stop in at the restaurant and pick up dinner (they will usually donate regardless of whether you dine in or carry out).
