Pitt - my dc got full tuition covered and admission to the honors college. We are out-of-state.
Would your mind sharing your child’s stats? And congrats!
Not the PP but same full tuition scholarship for my S in VA. Note the scholarship doesn't include room and board but does let the recipient apply for a full Chancellor's scholarship though only 15 are granted. Stats: HS does not rank but likely top 5%, weighted junior yr GPA 3.36 (w/4 APs and senior course load 5 APs and 1 post AP class), 1530 SAT, 800s on Math II and Bio SAT 2s, 4 yr varsity lacrosse (though not recruited for sports). Pitt has rolling admissions beginning in August w/a turnaround time of 3-4 weeks and has a very straight forward application with self reported grades and no need for teacher or counselor recommendations. It is not my S's top choice but nice to get a solid acceptance out of the way in Sept (we were notified of scholarship in early Nov).
