One of the reasons it is getting coverage is because it is happening everywhere--thinking that only "rural or inner city" areas have the problem is way behind the times. This is an abuse problem in suburbs, among professionals, affluent people, people living paycheck to paycheck, anywhere. If you think this issue is just in poor areas or among people in the sticks or in the stereotypical urban environment you picture, you've missed the point of all the coverage. I think you're picturing the '80s and crack in big cities. The current opioid problem doesn't look like that. [/quote]
